Diego’s love for performing arts started in children’s theatre, where his ability to bring stories to life quickly stood out. He developed his skills through acting workshops, dance classes, vocal training, and performances like Seussical Jr. with the National Children's Theatre.

Wanting to explore storytelling from all angles, Diego earned an Honours degree in Film Writing and Directing from AFDA. This opened doors to working on short films, commercials, and corporate videos. To become a well-rounded performer, he completed the Launchpad program at the Luitingh Alexander Musical Theatre Academy (LAMTA), sharpening his skills as a triple-threat.

On stage, Diego shone as Michael Darling in Janice Honeyman’s Peter Pan at the Joburg Theatre. Recently, he took his talents to the international stage, performing aboard the Costa Serena as a cruise ship entertainer. Diego’s journey reflects his passion for connecting with audiences through stories, whether on stage, on screen, or even at sea.
